Billing: Airport bookings will be charged to your credit card approximately 24 hours before the day of the trip.
Cancellations: No refunds will be made for cancellations made
2 hours or less before the scheduled pickup time.
Changes to Flights, Missed Flights & Flight Delays:
If for any reason you change flights or miss a flight you MUST notify our office
at 1-800-940-7007 at least 2 hours prior to your original scheduled arrival
time. Failure to do so will result in wait time charges or you may be charged
full price as a No Show.
If your final arriving flight is delayed we will be tracking it in as long as
it is the original flight number you provided us. There is no need to notify
us. Your chauffeur will meet you when the flight arrives.
Upon Arrival: Upon arrival at the airport, if you are unable
to locate your chauffeur please call our Dispatch office at 800-940-7007 before
taking alternate action. If you leave the airport on your own and fail to call
Dispatch you will be charged as a No Show and will be charged the full booked
rate.
Wait Time Charges:
For airport Departures: Wait time charges will begin 15 minutes after the prearranged
time for your pickup at your home, business, hotel or other address. Wait time
will be billed in 30 minute increments at the normal hourly rate for the vehicle
you reserved.
For airport Arrivals:
Wait time charges will begin 30 minutes after the actual arrival time of the
flight. Please proceed directly to meet your chauffeur after getting off the
airplane. Do not stop for shopping or food in the airport or wait time charges
will apply. Wait Time will be billed in 30 minute increments at the regular
hourly rate for the vehicle you reserved.
Wait time charges will apply if there are delays beyond our control such as
extended wait times for lost baggage, missing passengers in your group, etc.
There is a 30 minute grace period after the actual arrival time of the flight.
After that wait time charges will be added to your bill in 30 minute increments
at the regular hourly rate for the vehicle you reserved.
No Show: If a client fails to show up for pre-arranged service
without calling to cancel or notify us of a flight change or missed flight the
trip will be deemed a No Show. No Shows will be charged the full booked rate.
Early A.M. Surcharge: Service between 12:01 AM and 4:59AM
will incur a 20% Early A.M. surcharge.
Holiday Surcharge: Service on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas
Day will incur a 20% Holiday Surcharge. The holiday surcharge is in addition
to the Early A.M. surcharge if applicable.
Limit of Liabilities: Marriton Limousine shall not be held
liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control such as accidents,
breakdowns, unusual traffic or road conditions, storms, etc. When faced with
such conditions Marriton Limousine does not guarantee arrival at or departure
from any point at a specific time. Customer waives all claims for consequential
damages and agrees that liability shall be limited to the costs accrued to Marriton
Limousine for the disputed service
Emergency Vehicle Substitution: In the unlikely event that a last minute mechanical
breakdown or accident puts a vehicle temporarily out of service Marriton Limousine
reserves the right to substitute an alternate vehicle (or vehicles) from our
fleet or from our affiliates’ fleet. Alternate vehicle (or vehicles) may
possibly be different in size or description than originally booked vehicle
depending on availability. No refunds or discounts will be given if an alternate
vehicle is provided at the agreed upon pickup time.
Deposits:
Minimum 50% deposit is due when the booking is made
Full payment is due 7 days prior to the reservation date for sedans, SUVs and
stretch limousines. Full payment is due 30 days prior to the reservation for
buses. This payment will be charged automatically to the credit card on file
unless alternate arrangements are made. For Holidays, Prom Dates, or other special
events full payment is due 30 days prior to the scheduled pickup date for sedans,
SUVs and stretch limousines.
Additional Damage Security Deposits of $500 or more may be charged on certain
types of trips or certain types of vehicles. Refunds will be processed within
48 business hours of trip completion if no damage or cleanup charges were incurred.
If payment is made by check the check must arrive at our office a minimum of
10 days before the booking date.
Sedan, SUV or Limo Cancellations & Deposit Refunds:
If a sedan, SUV or limo cancellation is made 8 or more days before the scheduled
pickup date all deposits made will be fully refunded. For Holidays, Prom Dates
or other special events refunds will be made for cancellations made 31 days
or more before the scheduled pickup date.
No refunds will be made for cancellations made 7 days or less before the scheduled
pickup date. For Holidays, Prom Dates or other special events no refunds will
be made for cancellations made 30 days or less before the scheduled pickup date.
In the event of a cancellation any lost deposits can not be used toward an alternate
date in the future.
Bus Cancellations:
If a bus cancellation is made 31 or more days before the scheduled pickup date
all deposits made will be fully refunded.
No refunds will be made for bus cancellations made 30 days or less before the
scheduled pickup date.
In the event of a cancellation any lost deposits can not be used toward an alternate
date in the future.
Cleanup and Damage Fees:
Renter assumes full responsibility for the repair cost of any items damaged
inside the vehicle during the term of the rental. Repair cost may vary from
$10 to $2000 or more depending on what is damaged. Typical repair costs are
as follows: Broken Glass: $10 each, Broken Decanter: $75 each, Spills/Stains:
$25-$200 or more depending on extent of damage, Rips or burns on upholstery,
roof or carpet: $1000+ depending on extent of damage.
If someone regurgitates inside the vehicle there is a minimum $300 clean up
fee to cover the extra hours of clean up, professional steam-cleaning of carpets,
etc. Severe cases requiring replacement of carpeting or upholstery may run $1000
or more. Please drink responsibly and if someone has drank too much send them
home in a taxi instead of taking a chance on damaging the vehicle.
Excessive trash left in the vehicle will result in additional cleanup fees of
$100 or more being charged. If you are in a large group such as on a bus please
be sure to use the trash bags provided to avoid being charged cleanup fees.
Food such as potato chips, popcorn, etc which can get spilled and ground into
the carpet are not recommended. Excessive food such as this spilled in the vehicle
will be charged $200 or more due to the resulting need for more intensive carpet
cleaning, professional steam cleaning, etc.
No Smoking: All of our vehicles are No Smoking vehicles. Chauffeur
at his sole discretion may terminate the trip with no refunds if smoking is
occurring inside the vehicle. A minimum $300 cleanup fee will apply if smoking
occurs in one of our vehicles. We will be happy to stop for as many smoke breaks
as you need.
No Illegal Drugs: No illegal drugs to be carried or used in
the vehicle at anytime. Chauffeur at his sole discretion may terminate the trip
with no refunds if illegal activity is occurring inside the vehicle. Police
may also be notified.
No Underage Drinking: No underage drinking or underage possession
of alcohol in the vehicle at anytime. Chauffeur at his sole discretion may terminate
the trip with no refunds if underage drinking is occurring inside the vehicle.
Lost Items: Renter assumes sole responsibility for any and all lost, stolen
or missing personal items during the term of the rental. Please be sure to gather
all your belongings when you exit the vehicle at the end of the rental. Our

Overtime: Be sure to reserve the vehicle for as long as you
think you will need it. If you need to extend your rental we will be happy to
do so as long as there is still availability, however availability of additional
hours at the last minute beyond those reserved can not be guaranteed as someone
else may have already booked the vehicle right after your scheduled rental time
is complete.
