1) Gift Certificates are subject to vehicle availability. Certificate holder is encouraged to make reservations as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.

2) Gift Certificates are subject to certain blackout dates. These blackout dates include all major holidays, New Year's Eve, Valentines Day, Prom dates (any Saturday in April & May), certain major sporting event dates or any other unique day in which higher minimum rates or minimum hours requirements are in effect. If certificate holder wishes to use the certificate on a blackout date additional charges will apply in order to meet minimum rate/hour requirements in effect for that day.

3) All Gift Certificates have an expiration date printed on them, generally one year from the date of issuance. Gift Certificates are not valid after the expiration date has passed. Sorry, no exceptions.

4) Gift Certificates are subject to our normal cancellation policies. Once a reservation is made no cancellations, changes or refunds are allowed 7 or less days before the actual reserved date.

5) Unless noted on the Certificate all pickup and drop-offs must be in Austin or within a 20 mile radius of downtown Austin (includes Pflugerville, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Buda, Leander, Manor or Georgetown. Extra charges will apply for pickups or drop-offs outside the Austin area.

6) Gift Certificate rental hours must be used consecutively and are not allowed to be split up.

7) Additional hours may be added to the gift certificate limousine/bus rental at the normal hourly rate, plus gratuity (ie a 5 hour certificate may be extended to 7 total hours by paying for 2 additional hours).

8) Gift Certificate holder is responsible for all gratuities unless the certificate says "Gratuity Included"

9) A valid credit card is required for all bookings with Marriton Limousine, including bookings which are paid for with a gift certificate. This is for security purposes should any damage, spills, vandalism, etc be caused to the vehicle by the occupants. Certificate holder will be held liable for any damage done to the vehicle during the rental period.
